Scene I: A room in the house of Cinderella's father.
Cinderella sits by the fire in her father's house, washes the dishes, cleans the house, and thinks about her mother. At that moment, the stepmother appears and tells her daughters to sew a handkerchief for her and leaves. The sisters begin to wrinkle and tear the fabric of the cloth and tear it. They blame Cinderella for what happened. The stepmother has a fit, which stops with the appearance of the royal dancing master. He brings an invitation to the royal ball, but the stepsisters have never been to the balls and do not know how to dance, and the choreographer tries to teach the nasty stepsisters' ballroom dancing. The stepmother forces her and her daughters to sew ball gowns one night. As soon as everyone has dispersed, Cinderella gets to work. The next day, everyone gathers and leaves for the palace for the ball, and the stepmother tells Cinderella to stay home and continue cleaning the house.
Scene II: Godmother.
Cinderella is left alone and dreams of attending the royal ball. And suddenly, the room is filled with light, and the fairy, her godmother, appears before Cinderella, surrounded by the Fairies of the Four Seasons. She grants Cinderella's wish to go to the ball and gives her a beautiful dress and glass shoes. However, she warns Cinderella that she must return at midnight sharp. The magic will end at midnight, and her dress becomes miserable rags. Happy Cinderella, not believing her luck, goes to the ball surrounded by the Fairy of the Four Seasons retinue.
Scene III: The Royal Palace.
Cinderella came to the ball and, from the first minute, charmed everyone with her beauty; she was so beautiful that even the evil stepmother and stepsisters did not recognize her. The Prince invites Cinderella to dance and dances with her all evening. Cinderella was so happy that she did not notice how the clock began to strike midnight; she came to her senses and ran away from the palace. The Prince is desperate. He wants to find a beautiful girl who runs away, leaving her shoe behind. Many beautiful women from different countries and parts of the world claim that they forgot the shoe, and each tries to put it on in the hope that she is the only one and will marry the Prince, but all to no avail. The crystal slipper is too small. Then the Prince goes in search of a beautiful stranger!
Scene IV: Cinderella's house.
Cinderella remembers how she and the Prince danced in the palace. The stepsisters brag to her about their impressions of the ball. The stupid sisters clash again, figuring out which one is better than the other. They try to calm their stepmother. And suddenly, there is a sound of fanfare! The Prince and his entourage enter the house. Unfortunately, he has to try on shoes for all the sisters. But, of course, it is too small and does not fit. The Prince is about to leave in desperation, but the stepmother snatches the shoe and tries to put it on Cinderella, who can no longer look at the madness that the stepmother and her sisters bring on the Prince and drops the second shoe. All people look with surprise at a dirty and poorly dressed girl. The Fairy Godmother then appears and tells everyone to leave the room. The Prince immediately recognizes in her a beautiful stranger in a shining dress. He is happy that he finally found her. They dance together.
Scene V: Royal Palace.
The Fairy Godmother reappears and returns the beautiful Cinderella costume. Lovers find each other and, holding hands, go forward in happiness and love!
