Sergui Zdanschi is an internationally trained principal ballet dancer from Chișinău, Moldova, known for his powerful classical technique, elegant partnering, refined stage presence, and expressive interpretation of leading male roles. A graduate of the National College of Choreography in Chișinău, Sergei has performed across Europe, Asia, and North America, appearing in major classical productions including Swan Lake, The Nutcracker, The Sleeping Beauty, Don Quixote, Le Corsaire, Cinderella, and Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.

Today, Sergui performs as a Principal Dancer and Leading Soloist with Classical Arts Entertainment / The United European Ballet Company, bringing strength, artistry, and noble classical style to the company’s major touring productions.

  • Sergui Zdanschi was born on January 11, 2000, in Chișinău, Moldova. From an early age, he showed a natural passion for dance, quickly distinguishing himself through musicality, physical strength, stage confidence, and a strong instinct for classical ballet.

    He received his professional ballet education at the National College of Choreography in Chișinău, one of Moldova’s leading institutions for classical dance training. During his studies, Sergei trained under the guidance of renowned ballet teacher Andrey Litvinov, whose mentorship helped shape his academic technique, precision of movement, and expressive performance style. He graduated from the college in 2019.

    Sergei began his professional stage career while still a student, joining the ballet troupe of the National Opera and Ballet Theatre in Chișinău in 2017. His early professional experience gave him the opportunity to develop within a major classical repertory environment and prepared him for principal and soloist roles at a young age.

    In 2019, Sergui continued his artistic career in Dnipro, Ukraine, where he performed as a Leading Ballet Soloist. During this period, he made an important debut as Prince Siegfried in Swan Lake, one of the most demanding and iconic roles in the classical ballet repertoire. This role helped establish him as a young dancer of strong promise, noble line, and commanding stage presence.

    Sergei has performed internationally across France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Switzerland, Sweden, China, and North America, appearing in classical ballet productions and touring performances before diverse international audiences.

    His repertoire includes leading and featured roles in Swan Lake, The Nutcracker, The Sleeping Beauty, Don Quixote, Le Corsaire, Cinderella, and Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. Sergei is especially recognized for his ability to combine heroic male technique with refined partnering, dramatic clarity, and elegant classical presentation.

    As part of Classical Arts Entertainment’s touring productions, Sergei has been featured as one of the company’s principal dancers. Metro Silicon Valley listed him among the principal dancers featured in Swan Lake presented by Classical Arts Entertainment and We Dance Production. Classical Arts Entertainment also lists Sergei Zdanschi as a Principal Dancer in its Swan Lake cast and company materials.
