• How long is the show?

• When do doors open?
  Building lobbies typically open 1 hour before showtime. Seating areas usually open 30 minutes before the performance begins. Please note that exact times may vary by venue. We recommend checking the venue’s website for confirmation.
• How do I purchase tickets?

During the performance: – Photography, videography, and the use of flash are strictly prohibited. – Flash can pose a serious safety risk to performers. – Please silence all devices before entering the auditorium.
• Understanding the Story
  Access our Digital Playbills via QR codes in the lobby or on our website. Each playbill includes a story synopsis, act breakdown, and cast information to help you easily follow the performance.
• Intermission Experience
  Each show includes a 20-minute intermission, during which you can: – Visit concession stands for snacks and beverages – Browse merchandise and souvenirs – Take a professional photo with a character and scenic backdrop Printed photocopies will be available at the venue. • Merchandise & Payment
  Merchandise and photo booths open 1 hour before the performance and remain open through intermission only. Please note: – All Classical Arts booths are cashless – credit/debit cards only – Some venue concessions or parking may require cash, so bringing both is advised
• Late Arrival Policy
  Late arrivals will be seated at an appropriate break to avoid disrupting the performance. Please allow extra travel time so you can arrive early and enjoy the whole experience.
• Is accessible seating available?
